For the purposes of this Return & Refund Policy:

• Company/We/Us/Our – refers to SC PINK MONKEY SRL,
• Goods – the items offered for purchasing on the Service,
• Order – a request by You to purchase goods from us,
• Services/Website – refers to We Love Puzzle, accessible from https://www.welovepuzzle.com/.
• You/Your – the individual accessing or using the Services, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

You are entitled to cancel Your order without giving any reason, provided that it has not yet been processed, fulfilled or shipped. To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must notify Us of Your decision by contacting us at contact@welovepuzzle.ro.

If You are a consumer residing in the European Union, You have the right to withdraw from Your purchase in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal. To do so, You may submit a cancellation request through the Orders section of Your account or contact us at contact@welovepuzzle.ro.

We will issue a refund within 7 days of the cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and no additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

If Your order has already been shipped, please refer to the sections on returns below.

For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• the goods were purchased in the last 30 days,
• the goods are in the original packaging, unopened, or, at most, in a sealed bag if applicable,
• the goods are unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear beyond what is necessary to check the nature, qualities, and functionality.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Regular priced items and discounted items can both be refunded.

If You wish to return the goods, You must first notify Us of Your intention to return by contacting us at contact@welovepuzzle.ro.

If You are a consumer residing in the European Union and wish to exercise Your statutory Right of Withdrawal, You may either submit a return request through the Orders section of Your account or contact us at contact@welovepuzzle.ro.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. The returned goods must be sent to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during return transit. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

After we receive and inspect Your returned item(s):

• we will notify You by email if Your refund is approved,
• if approved, Your refund will be processed to Your original payment method within 10 business days,
• if the item does not meet the return conditions (used, damaged, missing parts), a partial refund may be issued,
• shipping costs for the return are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange a product, contact us at contact@welovepuzzle.ro and follow the return process.
